£0 remaining for a tumble dryer
This lady is the carer for her disabled husband who has a brain injury and suffers from epilepsy. He has now had a stroke and is doubly incontinent which means his wife has to wash the bedding and clothing every single day. She desperately needs a tumble dryer so she can cope with the wet washing. Between them, they receive Disability Living Allowance, Employment and Support Allowance and Personal Independence Payment. This barely covers their monthly costs so please can you help?
T suffers with agoraphobia, a debilitating mental health disorder that can help fuel her gambling addiction. She is now getting help, but has amassed a serious debt which she is also now seeking help with. T wants to get her life on track and be the best mum she can to her thirteen year old daughter, but is really struggling on her benefit income. Could you please consider helping this lady and her daughter with some funds toward food and school uniform whilst she receives the help she needs? Thank you.
C was made homeless in February and has been sofa surfing since. She has now been housed by the council, however, she has little in the way of homeware, no carpets or anything to sit on. C is severely epileptic and unable to work, so money is very tight. She has already injured herself on the concrete floor, due to a seizure, and is scared of injuring herself further. Would you please consider helping this lady with some funds towards food and homeware so that she will be able to afford some flooring?
S, her husband and their four children (three being adults) who have disabilities, have found themselves in financial difficulty. The family have had issues with benefit overpayments and they were served notice on their social housing property. They have sought help from their local Citizens Advice Bureau, who are assisting to establish the best debt solution. Would you please consider supporting this family with funds towards food whilst they receive the help they need? Thank you!
