She is also struggling to buy food for her children, especially during the school holidays, when she does not have enough to provide for extra meals. S has fled domestic violence and been rehoused, but has no money to buy a carpet for the living room which has bare floorboards. This is the room the children use most, due to the bedrooms needing carpeting. Mum has mats down at the moment, but they are only thin so not much use when the kids want to sit and do some colouring. S is waiting for her benefits to be arranged and her family cannot help as they live too far away. Please can you help?
