£0 remaining for a washing machine
Could you help a family and their six children, including a newborn baby, whose washing machine has broken. The machine was over ten years old and is not repairable. They were washing multiple loads per day and are struggling to manage without it. The family are able to contribute towards a new machine and fit it themselves, but would be very grateful for financial support to cover the remaining amount. This help would relieve pressure on this family, who are already stretched and under a lot of stress.
This single mother of four children has fallen on tough times recently. Sadly evicted from her private rented property, she has had to live in emergency accommodation for about six months and has finally been offered a place of her own. However, mum does not have the funds needed to move her belongings to the new house. This money, if raised, will pay for the local, immensely supportive man with a van to carry out this removal for her at a discounted rate. Many thanks for your consideration.
This older lady has been forced to move out of her long-term rented accommodation, due to low income, lack of affordability and some debt issues in which she has not been treated fairly. She has now been in social housing for a number of months, which is not of a great standard and has no flooring throughout. In partnership with the local Christians Against Poverty debt centre, this funding will contribute to laying carpet in her lounge, at least increasing the comfort of this room for her. Thank you for your consideration.
