C has a son with Special Educational Needs who will will be moving to a Special Education School in September, which is seventeen miles away from their home. They have been offered a flat near to the school, which they have accepted, but they have no flooring. C is working with Christians Against Poverty to clear previous debts, as she does not want to get into debt again. She has asked for help towards the cost of the flooring, which will help make the new flat as comfortable as possible for them both.
