£0 remaining for food, bills and clothing
Our tenant is a young Care Leaver who had to leave her job, due to her poor health. She is struggling massively to make ends meet on her minimal monthly benefits, and to buy food, pay bills and purchase new clothes, which are needed to accommodate her health condition. Our tenant's mental health is also affected and she would be very grateful for your support, as there is nobody else who can help her financially.
G is a prison leaver who we are supporting to find work after serving eight years inside. He is very employable, but online coverage of his serious offence makes it difficult to secure and keep a job, when people Google him. We have agreed the best way forward is for G to change his name. He needs £30 for a Deed Poll to change his name and be able to start looking for work under his new name.
H has recently moved into her first flat from the women and children's hostel. She has got nearly all of her furniture needed, but does not have a cooker or any bedroom furniture. She is saving for this, but we would like to bless her with these items for her and her son.
L came to us homeless and in need of a safe place to stay, somewhere to call her own. She has worked extremely hard on improving her life and preparing herself to live independently, and has done a great job at achieving all of this. L would be so grateful for any support in securing her lovely new home with a social housing deposit and a van to move her belongings to make the property feel like her home and begin the next stage of her life.
