£0 remaining for arrears
This elderly couple have discovered that their money has disappeared from their bank account, due to fraud. They have a household debt, due within a week, which, if not paid, will result in fines. The bank has agreed this is fraud, but it will take at least three weeks for the money to be returned. These people do not want to be in any more debt and are extremely upset over what has happened.
L had a house fire on the 22nd of March that gutted the bedroom, and smoke damaged the rest of her house. She has brain damage, as well as other disabilities, and her adult daughter stays with her to care for her. Due to only receiving Employment and Support Allowance and disability benefits, L cannot afford a carpet. Please can you help?

Our client, a single parent from China who is living in Sussex and struggling with the English language, is currently having treatment for breast cancer. Mum is currently experiencing sever difficulties with damp in her house. She has tried opening windows all day and all night, but it is not helping. The landlord blames her, but she believes the damp is coming from the outside in. The mould is starting to get into her and her son's clothes and private possessions, and mum is worried about their lungs.
