D is an asylum seeker who has recently moved to the other side of London, far from her networks. Due to her very limited funds, she struggles to always make her counselling sessions and take part in her volunteering, which are the things that keep her going. Some money for a bus pass would hugely benefit her and allow her to attend activities without having to worry about running out of money, and struggling to get back from them.
