£0 remaining for an energy bill and food
K and her husband have a son who is autistic and goes to a special school. He has been attending the school for the last eight years and travels on the special bus. Unfortunately, funding cuts mean that the family now have to pay £671 per year. This poor family are struggling, due to the cost of living, and their already stretched budgets have left them struggling to buy food and daily essentials. Their son needs routine and warmth. Please can we help this family reduce the additional stress of eating or heating?
K is a single parent who currently does not have the care of her one year old daughter as she is unable to meet her needs, partly due to lack of facilities in her home. K's ex-partner took the washing machine when the couple acrimoniously separated recently, so she desperately needs a replacement washing machine. Mum is unable to use the launderette, due to her anxiety, depression and poorly controlled epilepsy. K has no savings and is dependent on benefits so any help is appreciated.
E is a young man who is sadly waiting for a double hip replacement and, due to this, he has been unable to work for nearly a year now. He is hoping his surgery will take place at the beginning of the new year, but it will entail a lengthy recovery period before he can look for work. In the meantime, E is struggling to make ends meet. Could you please consider helping this gentleman with some funds toward food, to help ease the pressure a little? Thank you.
J, a single mum of a disabled teenager, has health problems of her own, but has always put her daughter's needs first. This has meant she has not been thinking about herself and the help she is entitled to. J has reached out for help because she cannot afford her basic living costs. She has been advised on what she needs to claim, but applications take a long time to be processed. J is in desperate need of a cooker and has no way of financing it. Please would you you consider helping? Thank you
