£0 remaining for an electric cooker
G is a single lady who, due to ill health, has had to move to sheltered accommodation to have support available twenty four hours a day. She is not able to work and has no savings, due to being dependent on benefits. G has no family support, but is having help from AGE UK to move home during this stressful time. She has no cooker in her new home and, as there is no gas supply, she is unable to take her old gas cooker with her. G would be very grateful for funding for a new electric cooker.
This Ukrainian single parent is finally managing to live independently. Unfortunately, the new property has no carpets, just bare floorboards. Mum is working full-time for the NHS to support her teenage son, as well as her partner in Ukraine with medical expenses, following an injury from fighting in the war. Mum has provided everything else for the home, but does not have any extra money to pay for carpets. Any help that can be given to support the cost would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
X is now a lone mother of two children aged five and three. She is really struggling to pay for the basics, as her husband has just left her and all the bills have been left to her. X is at her wits end and needs support. Please would you help this lady, and her children, with electric and gas water bills, as she tries to get her life back together?
T is struggling financially and physically. Unfortunately, when delivering her son, the epidural went wrong six times so she now has a lot of back pain. T does not know if she can go back to work part-time after maternity leave, as it's too excruciating to stand for lengths of time. She is having trouble lifting a stroller that was gifted to her, as it is heavy and her physio has recommended getting a lightweight stroller. All the second-hand strollers that have been seen are all heavy or the wheels are bowed. T's son is also desperately in need of a cot, as he has outgrown the Moses basket earlier than expected.
