£0 remaining for a Certificate of Exemption
H lives in supported accommodation with his XL Bully dog. Due to the new laws around this breed, he needs to pay for a Certificate of Exemption, but unfortunately, is struggling to save up enough money to do so, therefore, he is asking for your help. H has had his dog since he was a puppy and the dog is the only family he has. He has been by his side through some very tough events in his life, becoming a constant source of comfort and support. Please can you help keep this little family together? Thank you!
J is a single mum to her eighteen year old daughter, who is also her carer. They both struggle with their mental health and mum has a lot of complex medical needs. Their washing machine has broken and they are currently washing their clothes by hand, which is difficult for J, due to her chronic back pain. They receive a small amount of money from their social worker, but don't have enough money to replace the machine. Any financial support towards a replacement would be gratefully received.
N, an elderly lady who is originally from Ghana, was recently widowed and is now living alone with no relatives. She is a retired nurse and is living on her pension with little savings, so is struggling to pay the bills. N lives in an old house which is in need of modernisation and her very old fridge freezer has irreparably broken. This lady has a special diet, due to health issues, and is anxious about how she can manage this without a working fridge freezer.
L, her husband and their two young children have been living in temporary accommodation after being made homeless through no fault of their own. They have now secured a new home in The Midlands to be near family support, as both children have additional needs and the parents are struggling. The family are on benefits and have no savings, as all money has been spent on daily survival in their temporary home. They need to hire a van to move belongings to new home.
