K, a young mum to a little boy and a little girl, has been struggling to pay her bills and provide food for her family since her partner walked out. She has several large debts and has reached out to her local Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) for help. CAB is assisting K to get her debts in order and to ensure that she is receiving all the help she is entitled to, and from the father. Please would you consider helping this family with funds towards food and essentials whilst they receive the help they need to start afresh? Thank you.
O and her husband have two young children. Their lives were devastated last year when O was diagnosed with a brain tumour. She also has severe diabetes, causing chronic fatigue. She had to leave work, and her husband became her full-time carer. The family now relies on benefits and help from the food bank. O's life saving surgery has been delayed four times due to uncontrolled diabetes. She must follow a specialised eight week plan costing £50 plus per week, but they simply cannot afford it.
A is a single gentleman who until recently was homeless, but he is now in a 'wet' house for homeless men. He is in receipt of Universal Credit and has recently applied for other benefits, for which he is awaiting the outcome. In the meantime, A is struggling to buy food and eat proper meals. Help with this would be much appreciated by him whilst he waits for the decision on his benefits claim, and can get his life back on track. Thank you.
E is a single mum with two dependant children who suffers from severe anxiety and depression, brought on after being attacked. This means that she has found it difficult to deal with her finances and has got into debt. E is only in receipt of benefits as she is not working due to her many health problems. She is hoping to apply for a Debt Relief Order which will enable her to start afresh with her children. In the meantime, E would appreciate help to buy food and essentials for herself and her children. Thank you.
