Relying solely on Universal Credit, she cannot afford takeaway meals. We would like to provide balanced, nutritious meals for the next 6 weeks to ease her burden and ensure she and her daughter have proper meals for lunch and dinner, offering much needed support during this challenging time.
This gentleman, a former Armed Forces member, became homeless 3 years ago and has been diagnosed with PTSD, relying on drugs and medication as coping mechanisms. He has been using our centre's services and we have seen significant progress. We kindly request your assistance in providing one to one counselling to help improve his mental health and develop healthier coping strategies, moving away from substance use. This support will be life changing and help him rebuild his future.
