Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

C is a young, single mum to an eight year old boy. She works full-time on a zero hours contract and, as her pay is different each month, she is trying hard to find a better paid job. C tries so hard to provide for her son and to teach him a good work ethic. Her bed has broken and she also desperately needs to change the mattress. Sadly, after her bills are paid, C doesn't have much left to buy luxuries, and has nobody to help her financially. Please could you support her with this need? Thank you!
Still £200 left to donate
Total needed £200E, a single mum to a young son, struggles daily with her mental health and it can be so bad that some days she cannot get out of bed. E is receiving counselling and this seems to improve her mental wellbeing. She is on benefits and and doesn't have anything left once her bills are paid. E dreams of being able to sit at a table with her son to eat meals and talk about how his day has gone. She is also in need of an air-fryer to help keep costs down. Please could you help her as she has nobody?

Total needed £200S, a lovely young mum who I met at our local wellbeing centre, was in distress as she had no money to buy food for her daughter, after the company, who she has a debt management plan with, took a double payment. We have now taken S on as a client to give her debt advice and find a more permanent debt solution for her. We have connected her with our local church, who run a food bank, and they have managed to give her some food to keep them going, but S is in need of a food shop and to top-up the gas.
