Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

He requires photographic ID in order to move forward, and so needs £88.50 for a passport. This young man also needs £90 for a mobile phone to enable him to engage in support sessions, keep a check on his Universal Credit journal and keep in touch with his children and family.

Total needed £190B is 54 and has recently moved to an unfurnished flat with no furniture or cooking facilities whatsoever. He has been living with depression for many years and also has arthritis. Living in these conditions is not helping his depression. B has made great progress since he has been going to our Wellbeing centre and has been helping with the bike library, assisting with fixing bikes. He is living on benefits and has no other income and cannot afford to buy a cooker, please can you help him?
Still £200 left to donate
Total needed £200S is 77 and has just come out of hospital after suffering a stroke; this has devastated her, as she has always been so independent. During a visit we noticed how difficult it is for S to cook for herself and it would be so much easier and safer for her to have an air fryer, as this will turn itself off when finished, and we could provide suitable food. S is often sleeping downstairs and a heated blanket would help. S cannot afford these items as she only receives state pension. Thank you.
