£0 remaining for food and a deep clean
T has been released from hospital following a mental health crisis. In the build up to the crisis, her self-care was rock bottom and she had not shopped for food for a long time or cleaned her home. We would like to hire a cleaner to do a one off clean for T's flat, to give her a blank slate to start, and then fill her cupboards with food basics.
This request is on behalf of a complex young lady who has previously been in care and is currently supported as part of the local authority Leaving Care service. She is due her first baby (a boy) next week and is moving into her new home with the local authority before Christmas. This young lady has been aided Key community for two years and has progressed so well, growing in confidence. This property requires carpets throughout, so therefore, your support would be massively appreciated.
This young person found himself in Young Men's Christian Accommodation after becoming homeless. A charity found him a property; however, he has no furniture. This young person is in need of a sofa, bedding, a coffee table and a television stand. He has very little support from anyone at this crucial time in his life. These items would make a massive, life changing difference to his future. Thank you for helping this decent young person who just wants to be like everyone else
This lovely lady, who is a single parent with four boys, has just experienced the tragic death of her seven week old baby. This has been a very distressing time and her sleep pattern is massively disrupted. The situation is made so much worse because mum has no bed frame and is sleeping on a mattress on the floor. She also needs a chest of drawers to help organise the children’s clothes. We are reaching out for your help to bless this family at Christmas.
