A lives with her son, who is her carer, as she is registered disabled. They moved to a new house 3 years ago more suited to her needs but have never been able to afford to carpet it (her only income is from benefits and she has no savings). She has struggled during winter with high heating bills and is desperate to go into this winter with carpets down. We can provide the flooring if a kind donor will help with the fitting costs.
