Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

Total needed £35E, a single mum of three children, works full-time and receives some Universal Credit to top-up her wages. Mum needs a car to do her job, as she works in the community supporting vulnerable disabled people with their care needs. Her car has failed its MOT and will cost £395 to repair. E has no savings, but another charity is offering to help with some of the repair costs. If mum doesn't keep her car on the road, she will lose her job, which will be devastating for her family. Any help would be amazing!

Total needed £200When M started worshipping with us, he was extremely shy and quiet. Gradually, he has come out of his shell and has been befriended by our organist and his wife. M now attends Bible study and has asked to be baptised. He is looking for work, but his shyness and lack of experience make this difficult. M subsists on Universal Credit and sometimes struggles with his electricity bill. He would like to join our parish trip to Germany in August, but needs to renew his passport first. Please can you help?
