£0 remaining for a washing machine
S, a seventy two years old man, has been diagnosed with cancer and is receiving Chemotherapy treatment at a London hospital. The Housing Association have provided him with permanent accommodation; however, it is unfurnished. This means that he cannot move in until certain basic items are in place. A washing machine is an essential item to enable him to start settling down, which in turn, will help him move forward after his medical treatment.

At present his mental health is deteriorating and he is under the care of the Mental Health services. At present our client is sleeping on the floor in his accommodation, as he is in debt and unable to raise funds for a bed and mattress. We are kindly seeking your support.
This young person, who is a vulnerable asylum seeker and potential victim of trafficking, left his country unaccompanied when he was only twelve years of age. He needs to buy new shoes and a coat, as his are very worn out. This young person needs some support to cover travel appointments to the solicitor on a weekly basis for the next two months and a return bus fare for travel to Oxford to meet an expert.
Our client was living with his family until August 2022 when the relationship broke down. He then slept on the sofa at his brother's house, but after his brother died, he was asked to leave. Our client began riding the 53 bus and was picked up by Streetlink at Elephant and Castle. He was taken to St Mungo's and then put in temporary accommodation by Lewisham's rough sleepers team. Our client has finally been placed in permanent housing and would be so grateful for a fridge freezer, which he cannot afford as he is on Universal Credit.
