Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

This family of five refugees from Syria is settled locally, but is in need of a tablet to help the children with school work and the parents with their English practice. The school is unable to provide any technical support, and family finances do not run to this purchase. A tablet will help to boost the parents' confidence in speaking English and better enable them to support the children with their school work.

Total needed £170S, a refugee who is in her sixties, is from Nigeria and is having a very difficult time here together with her daughter, due to racism. We are helping her where we can. As mum has no device apart from her phone, it is very hard for her to fill out online forms, seek out relevant information and find jobs to help them to live a dignified life. Having her own laptop would make a huge difference in their lives. Thank you so much for helping them.
