Give to someone in need
Acts 435 is about giving to people directly, to help them bridge the gap when they are facing a financial crisis.
Can you help a specific person in need?
Read stories of the applicants below and give as you feel able. Any amount will make a big difference to someone who is struggling.
You can instead make a general donation and the Acts 435 team will allocate it to the most urgent requests.

FS is an asylum seeker who is living in a hotel with her husband and eight month old baby. They fled from the conflict in Chad, due to political reasons. Her husband's father was involved in a conflict with the government and the President of Chad was killed. Those in opposition had to flee the country because the President's son is now in power and is seeking revenge for his father's death. FS and her family are here suffering in poverty and need your help with food, clothes and nappies. Please would you donate? Thank you

Total needed £175V came to London to improve his job skills, but unfortunately, upon arrival all his documents were stolen, including his laptop, ID and bank cards, which caused him to become homeless. V's place is in Zone 5, making travel to his support network quite pricey, so he plans to get a one month Job Centre travelcard until he returns to work.

Total needed £140T, who lives with her grandson, aged seven, has not been able to work in the past six months as she has Carpel Tunnel syndrome and is waiting for surgery on both hands. Her injuries are a result of repetitive strain injury picked up during the work she did.
